24.01.2022 Lucky customer had their laundry flickmixer replaced. And lucky for them the hose hadnt burst. Spraying cleaning products on top of your sink to clean the tap is a no no. The chemicals trickle down to perish the hoses.

14.01.2022 These flexi hoses were removed from under a vanity today. Cleaning agents are to blame when cleaning the taps above. Please check your hoses periodically for rust marks. They were lucky they were home when it burst.

14.01.2022 New Drawer style laundry tub with coloured alucabond splashback. Unfortunately the customer wanted to buy Australian yet the company she bought from let her down and I have been on the phone to voice my dissapointment at the lack of feet and a bung plug for the tap.... apparently optional extras. Anyway customer was very happy with the finished result.

11.01.2022 Another year gone. Work is all done it has been a big year. A huge thankyou to the various defence boys that spent time in my business this year. Thanks to my suppliers for the constant supply to enable us to work. To my customers without you guys i wouldnt have work. To my household of girls thanks for supporting me as always. Off for a few weeks now but will be back bigger and better in the new year. Merry Christmas everyone.

11.01.2022 The trap in the top of the picture was pulled out from under a bath in an upstairs bathroon. Either a possum or a filthy big rat have chewed through this looking for water. I have never seen this before...i have seen plenty of shitty plastic water pipe damaged though.

09.01.2022 Wattle Grove Plumbing Xmas get together bbq this arvo with all the Defence boys and partners. Just doing the final touches. Looks like good weather for a swim and a few beers.

09.01.2022 Water leak in Moorebank. Such a little hole about 1.5mm in diameter in a 1/2 inch hot water copper pipe in a very awkward spot. Serious damage to wall in dining room but at least it is fixed.

05.01.2022 Had a lovely customer in Moorebank today. He said he has lived in his house for 62 years. He said back in the day when they were building, materials were quite scarce and they used whatever they could. Obviously they did not have a socket to join the pipe so they used a tee and plugged the centre..... with a gal plug in a brass tee.... Im amazed it lasted this long... Screwing gauge copper too.
