Tip 1- Become clear with what you want to achieve, if your not clear about what you want you'll end up with what you've already got: So become clear about what you want to achieve, this applies to all aspects of you life. -run 10km... -complete a triathlon -squat or bench-press a certain weight Get the picture! If weight loss is your goal and you've struggled with achieving your ideal weight try a different approach and focus on a goal that is not about a number on a scale, like any of the suggested examples above. Stay tuned for Tip 2!

14.01.2022 Are you over protein shakes-all those artificial sugars, flavors and colors... but you keep drinking it because someone told you it was good for you and somehow it will help you lose weight$$$ Try this for something new to shake your day up in an adventurous, spontaneous exciting way! I discovered it in N.Z whilst waiting at the airport (however I must admit I've been a bit of a raw smoothie freak for awhile) 1/4 - 1/2 Avocado 1/2 Banana Small handful of kale (leaves only)... Mint leaves Plain yogurt 2- Kiwi fruit a bit of honey to sweeten, blend on a high powered blender and walla- I know all you protein freaks counting your protein to the gm will probably have a mini heart attack with this smoothie- having only yogurt as your form of protein, however its yummy and will keep you going for most the morning not to mention the extra greens your sneaking in (you cant even taste them!) 11.01.2022 As the saying goes "while the cats are away the mice will play!" Luca and I were in N.Z for a week visiting family and we came home to a new piece of equipment and a totally rearranged studio!

11.01.2022 Tip 2- Having a clear vision is the first step- eg lose 10kg and compete in a triathlon. The second step is a well structured plan to achieve your goal. Lets take the above for an example. How many times a week would you need to train in order to do your best at the triathlon. What are your weakness what are your strengths? Do you need to spend more time in the swimming pool and less time pounding pavements? ... Get an exercise book or app to keep track of your progress and the process. Keeping a record of your starting point and your achievements, this will help keep you motivated and focused. Unless commitment is made, there are only promises and hopes... but no plans.

Oats soak over night in orange, apple juice or water (just enough to cover) mix in a few frozen berries, in the morn mix in a couple of tablespoons of yogurt, 1/2 grated apple, sprinkle with flax-seed meal and"Walla" The health benefits of oats- -Stabilize blood sugar level, this helps to stop those sugar cravings. -Enhance Immune Response to Infection... -Lower Cholesterol Levels Just to name a few, and don't even get me started on the benefits of berries and flax-seeds!
