22.01.2022 A message from Farmer Dan, Cathy and Family To all our valued customers we would like to let you all know that we will not be attending any more farmers markets from and including this Saturday the 28th of March due to the current situation, until further notice. This decision has not been taken lightly, as we love coming to farmers markets and interacting with our customers. We have made this decision in order to stop the possible transmission of the Covid-19 virus to either... ourselves or our local community. Although we will not be attending markets, we will continue to home deliver. We will have certain protocols that must be adhered to by all our customers. We will deliver your product to your door and a text message will be sent to let you know that it has arrived. This will be the best way to protect you and us from the possible transmission of this virus. We will do our best to look after every customer that has supported us over the years, and we promise to keep our prices stable and we would never price gouge or take advantage of our customers. You can rest assured all our products are produced and packed in a Prime safe facility in a hygienic manner and delivered in a refrigerated truck. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support throughout the years and we promise to continue to provide high-quality grass-fed meats and free-range eggs. We encourage you to log onto our web shop at www.wattleviewfarm.com.au and place your orders. We have plenty of cattle and lambs for processing so don’t worry about the supply of meats. We also have access to cattle from our neighbours and we urge you not to panic. For our regular elderly customers who don’t purchase the minimum for delivery, we will deliver to you free of charge. For those customers, please contact us through email if you would like to place an order. Remember, you have supported us over the years and kept our family going, it is now our turn to repay you by supplying your family with meats throughout this crisis. 15.01.2022 Hi all. As you all know, covid-19 is at the forefront of everyone's minds. We have just been notified that council may have to cancel the Richmond market as of next weekend (unsure of other locations). It is still running this weekend and we will have all our usual great quality farm fresh meats and eggs. We encourage you all to jump online and order with family and friends for deliveries, as markets may very well be cancelled in the near future for some time. This would be d...evastating to us and our farm. We will be making deliveries over $150 free of delivery charge. We assure our customers that we are taking a proactive approach to managing the impact of the virus outbreak. We have been inundated with orders and are doing our best to ensure that all families will have meat, so we ask that everyone is patient with us at this time. We will never compromise our quality and ethical values to turn product over faster. ... To help families in the Mt. Eliza area, we have made packs available online. These will contain no specific weights or items and will be made up from what we have available to the value of $150 or $250 including free delivery to your home on Sunday the 22nd.
