22.01.2022 Made and delivered these delicious cupcakes today. All 24 cupcakes are white choc mud, topped with four different buttercream flavours- biscoff, chocolate, white chocolate, and salted caramel. What a choice!

19.01.2022 Last week I was lucky to do a 100th birthday cake, and today I got the honour of doing a 1st birthday cake! So many wonderful milestones to be celebrated. This two tiered cake is made up of a 6 inch 3 layer white choc mudcake and a 8 inch 3 layer caramel mudcake. Both cakes are fondant covered, with white chocolate ganache underneath and fondant details to decorate. Happy 1st birthday Vivian! May the year ahead bring you much happiness

19.01.2022 Yesterday's 21st birthday oreo themed cake. The 3rd cake I ever sold was my inspiration. While I still think that cake was pretty good, I can definitely see improvements in my execution. This 7 inch trio of mudcakes (choc, caramel and white choc) was filled and covered with oreo buttercream, a dark choc ganache drip, oreos, white choc shards, mint sticks, cookies and cream choc etc. Yum!

03.01.2022 I've been looking forward to making this cake for 10 months! This 7 inch 4 layer gluten free hazelnut torte was filled and decorated with Swiss meringue buttercream, sprinkles and topper.
