22.01.2022 An apology for any of our customers who might feel that they've been forgotten or messed around in the last few weeks. Truth is I've been on a medication that has totally messed with my head and only just last night realised what has been going on. Needless to say I'm now (under supervision) weaning back off it but I have been very forgetful, not able to concentrate and having issues with language. It honestly felt like the beginnings of dementia. Not at all pleasant. Hopeful...ly in a week or so I will be back to my normal self and I am so sorry if I forgot you or got things wrong. Let me know if I have, please! I should add that I am ok and will be ok. These chemicals did not agree with my brain (pretty much what the pharmacist told me) so once they're out of my system I'll be back to the "normal" me. If you know me well there is no normal me but at least that me remembers to book jobs in. Lucky Eric can't afford to fire me. ;) Sue

20.01.2022 Every month: Smoke alarms should be tested (by pressing the test button) to ensure the battery and the alarm work. Every six months: Smoke alarms should be clea...ned with a vacuum cleaner. This will remove any dust or particles that could prevent the smoke alarm from working properly. Once a year: If your smoke alarm has a battery, you should replace it annually. A good way to remember is to change it when you change your clocks at the end of Daylight Saving. If your smoke alarm uses a lithium battery, it is inbuilt into the alarm and cannot be replaced. The entire unit needs to be replaced every 10 years. Even hardwired smoke alarms have batteries as a back up in case of power outage. Every 10 years: Replace your smoke alarm. Smoke alarms do not last forever and the sensitivity in all smoke alarms will reduce over time. All types of smoke alarms should be removed, replaced and disposed of at least every 10 years.

13.01.2022 Please note that due to Covid-19 restrictions if you wish to pay with cash you will need to have the correct money in an envelope and arrange it with me for contactless drop off. Please don't just come to the door with the cash - you must organise with me on 0438 253 882 first. Thanks.

11.01.2022 Yes Eric is still working. As long as he is legally allowed to and it is safe to do so, he will be out there working. I already work from home so that's easy for me. He takes care with sanitiser/washing hands and is also practicing social distancing. If he is unwell, he will not work. If you are unwell and he is booked in to come to you, please let us know. Keep safe, stay in as much as you can.
