25.01.2022 Well done to our collaborators @earl.st on winning SILVER for the beautiful brochure the designed for BROADWAY Apartments at the DrivenxDesign Melbourne Design Awards ~ Tastefully paying tribute to the location's past as an adult entertainment venue and making way for new beginnings, Broadway sees rich textures communicating timeless sophistication across every touchpoint. Fronted by a contemporary facade, the built form asserts a distinctive presence while remaining unobtrusive, understated and elegant. Interiors have been curated to encapsulate the essence of liveable sophistication and evoke a sense of home.

12.01.2022 At this challenging time, I consider myself one of the lucky ones. The studio runs from my home office. We have a full samples library of finishes at our fingertips with access to all our supplier contacts. So for the most part, it's business as usual for Watts Studio. The rest of the Watts Studio team are working remotely from their homes, and we have modified our method of client liaison to meet the social distancing requirements. The projects in the office continue on, and we are dedicating as much time to quality design and fulfilling our client's interior design needs as always. (1932-2020) "One of the most gifted, original and uncompromising designers of our time" Stefano Boeri, president of Triennale Milano. 04.01.2022 A little insight to how we work ~ Our clients find that our style of design presentation, during the early stages of a project, really helps them to visualise the space. We spend the time to get the design right from the beginning. We can even obtain reasonably accurate price estimates from your nominated builder with these drawings prior to completing the tender drawings. The kitchen featured here was part of a concept design package by @watts.studio developed for the talented team at @holm_park_builders for their Elwood development. Currently in construction.
