17.01.2022 Great loop today with some of the Watts Up Coaching crew. A wet start leaving @omaracycles first thing and dry after that. Early season's greetings to all our athletes as we disperse all over for holidays. Stay save and see you in the new year. ,

15.01.2022 Superb effort by Harry Schoff over the weekend at the Qld U15 State Championships. A well timed sprint ensured a well deserved silver medal in the criterium. Harry also competed in the ITT finishing 8th and a solid 9th in the RR. Great weekend of racing, well done Harry @ Qld, Australia

07.01.2022 - . Many of you have your teams working from home and right now y...ou need to seriously think about . Some of them may have worked from home before, maybe 1 or 2 days here and there, perhaps even a week at times. But coupled with social distancing and lockdown, how will they fare emotionally and physically after another week, two weeks, four weeks.? We simply dont know how long this will take to go back to business as usual. Their bodies will very quickly begin to develop tension, which will lead to pain, which will lead to a dramatic drop in the ability to focus and perform their work effectively. Thats where we step in with sessions in: * , , * & * & * * - * -- We can facilitate this for groups of 5 or 95 via Zoom without any need for software downloads. Please contact us on messenger, email on [email protected] or call on 1300 810 977. Demand for these sessions is extremely high and we have limited availability of this wonderful opportunity.

07.01.2022 The 2019 Tour of Bright had it all. 30 plus deg on for stage 1 and snow on stage 3.

03.01.2022 Racing at Sandown

03.01.2022 Congratulations Adam on your superb ride at the Qld State ITT championships held over the weekend. With a limited run-up Adam rode a calculated race taking the win. While in Victoria athletes rode around in circles due to the 5km restrictions. Adam, John, Andrew and Harry flew the flag. Great riding by all and I'm looking forward to seeing you guys race in future races.
