23.01.2022 We have a fantastic last day of term organised for tomorrow. Here are a few notes and reminders: 1. Its a casual clothes day 2. We will be having a party and a disco! Please make sure your child brings $3 if they havent already. 3. School finishes at 2:30 ... We are all set up and excited for our first Inquiry Investigation Showcase! Although you cant be here stay tuned for photos during the day tomorrow.

23.01.2022 Just a reminder our school bus is running 30 minutes early tomorrow morning in order to take our fabulous Grade 6s to the GRIP Leadership Conference at Fed Uni.

23.01.2022 Hope everyone is enjoying the Easter break. The students raised $170 for the pyjama day and also donated the money normally spent on the egg hunt to the Good Friday Appeal. So the students raised $250 for The Royal Childrens Hospital. Thanks to everyone for your donations.

22.01.2022 Following advice from the Victorian Government on Tuesday 7 April, Waubra Primary School will be moving to remote and flexible learning from Term 2 (beginning with a pupil-free day). This is a step all Victorian government schools are taking to help slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). This means that all students who can learn at home must learn from home. This is a very clear directive from the Victorian Government based on the advice of the Chief Health Officer. We w...ill continue to offer limited on-site learning for those students who need to access this, including for students on days when they are not able to be supervised at home and no other arrangements can be made. We will provide further information about this shortly. The Departments latest advice on coronavirus can be found at https://www.education.vic.gov.au/coronavirus It is important that we work together and support each other during this challenging time. We will be in touch with staff and parents and carers shortly with further details of what remote and flexible learning will look like at our school. In the meantime, you might find it useful to look at the Departments Learning from Home website. We will also continue heat-ups this term, so please make sure they are defrosted, wrapped in foil and clearly labelled. We are looking forward to another great term! See you all Monday.
