22.01.2022 Happy Holidays! Christmas closures are as follows: Monday nights - no closures, classes running December 21st, 28th and January 4th. Wednesday nights: Wavell Heights - No classes throughout January, normal classes resume February 3rd... Banyo - No classes December 23rd & 30th and January 6th. Back to normal from January 13th Thursday nights - No classes December 24th, 31st and January 7th. Back to normal from January 14th.

21.01.2022 It's Ekka time! No class at Wavell Heights this Wednesday night, but you can join Alison at Banyo at 6.15pm. Please remember to bring your own mat & blanket. St Oswald's Church Hall, 14 Froude St.

13.01.2022 Happy New Year! Classes resume at Wavell Heights tonight at 6.30pm. Ease yourself into 2015 with gentle yoga this evening, and wake your body up with align and flow yoga on Monday night at 6pm. Banyo classes start back in February.
