10.01.2022 Week 2 - done and dusted!! Week 2 has come and gone. Bit worrying at about 8am with a few showers, but it quickly disappeared. A huge well done to all athletes that have participated over the last two weeks, great effort by all. Thank you to all volunteers for making our programs run so smoothly, while we still break in a new season. Just a few reminders for everyone to follow: 1. A parent/guardian must remain present at WLAC at all times. Please do not drop off your children... and leave them unattended. 2. Due to Covid rules, all attendees must sign in prior to entry to the track, for contact tracing purposes. We've had some technical difficulties during the first two weeks, so please arrive early enough to sign in and find your age groups prior to 8:45am. 3. We solely rely on parent volunteers to run our program each week. It is a requirement of registration and our Covid Rules that parents volunteer for duties to contribute to the overall running of our weekly program. It's a very enjoyable experience and should not be seen as a chore. So all hands on deck as we head further into our season! 4. Our Covid rules have changed slightly, we are now using our Covid Rules v2.0 - whenever the rules change, we will update our online information accordingly. Hopefully we are heading closer to a Covid Normal where we don't need to follow as many requirements. 5. Remember to check your emails, our website and Facebook for the latest updates and weekly emails. Don't forget to check your results online, keep track of your PB's and attendance. If your child/ren attended week 1 and week 2, they will still be in the running for the 100% attendance trophy, so keep up the great work. 6. Finally, please remember that we are all volunteers, here to provide a sporting opportunity for your children. Our Committee Members work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the Centre is operating properly and is in great hands. See more

05.01.2022 Wav Little Aths results for Sat 21st Nov - Central Reserve, Glen Waverley Dear Waverley Families, Welcome back - it was a lovely morning yesterday to finally start our 2020-21 summer season. Great to see everyone who came back, and also satisfying to see new families trying us out. Thank you for your patience as we deal with the new protocols to run the centre COVIDsafe. These protocols have come from Little Athletics Victoria, and all the Vic centres are following them. RESU...LTS - Waverley Website The results from yesterday are now available to view on our website: https://www.waverleylac.com.au Click on results menu, then current seasons results. Probably best to choose date, age group and maybe gender. You can print out your results. Results menu, print results stickers. You will need to choose date and add your child's/children's registration number/s. To log into Results Website (WLAC) your email address is the user name and the password is the user name to access SportsTG. RESULTS - ResultsHQ Registered members only can also log into Results Website (ResultsHQ). Your email address is the user name. Returning members should already have a password or do forgot password. New members will need to set one up. Little Athletics Vic have access to the results in ResultsHQ and if you do region/state events or open days at other centres, results from these will be uploaded into ResultsHQ. Please allow a few days to access the weekly results, as I want to make sure the results are right before uploading to ResultsHQ. If you cannot see your results, it is usually new members have not shown their proof of age yet. Once this is shown, the results will be accessible. Let me know if there are any issues with the results. Finally, just getting an idea of if anyone is available next Friday morning, to help move our high jump mats from the high jump shed into the pavilion. The high jump shed needs to be modified before we move it back onto our new high jump surface. regards Katy See more
