25.01.2022 Are you still working from home like most people in Melbourne? Home work stations are causing neck pain and back pain for many people at the moment. Unless you are as short as Poppy here, make sure you lift your laptop up and have a seperate keyboard , or have a seperate screen so that your eyes are level with your screen and your arms level with your keyboard. This will stop you from constantly looking down and placing strain on your neck. If you need any help with neck pain, back pain or headaches speak to our Chiropractor Dr Kate.
