25.01.2022 Waves Carwash are looking for an individual who is keen to work with a variety of disciplines across our growing network including; branding, print, web, digital, events and video production. You will be actively involved in all facets of the design process from concept to delivery and will play a very crucial role within our team. The Role... You will be responsible for generating artwork to support all marketing campaign materials including; Creating, updating and maintaining marketing materials through Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to brochures, posters, merchandise, outdoor & digital signage and company newsletters. Creating, updating and maintenance of website, social media, video content and electronic advertising. Managing social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and Google. This will involve customer queries, monitoring responses and responding to reviews. Co-ordinating with suppliers to source quotes, prepare final artwork, proof signoff, delivery confirmation and invoice management. Provide support for the rollout and execution of operational marketing campaigns. Assist with marketing events. Essential requirements Experience in a graphic design role Advanced experience and skill set in Adobe Creative Suite Demonstrated creative flair whilst following style guidelines Flexible and adaptable approach to change Must have an excellent eye for detail, press ready artwork and finished art skills Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively Our ideal new team member will: Actively seek out new ideas and contribute to the generation of effective campaigns Work well as part of a small team whilst also being self-driven when required to work independently A strong work ethic & willingness to go the extra mile Ability to take direction and work independently on projects Why Waves Carwash? As the Maintenance Hand at Waves your duty will be to share responsibility for the maintenance and Cleaning of all site, plant and equipment on a daily basis. Your role will be to ensure that everything is running smoothly from a machinery and operational standpoint. You will need to be adept with your hands and comfortable working on machinery and plant. Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for the cleanliness and organisation of equipment, supplies and plant rooms. Responsible for site cleanliness and presentation. Assist with technical Support and repair of car wash equipment. Share responsibility for championing the Waves service culture and ensuring everyone lives out the mission statement. Quality control and consistency throughout the wash systems. After hours' equipment servicing /maintenance as required. Creating solutions for the car wash to be at maximum operating efficiency. Ensure all work is carried out with care and following instructed process. Meet timeframes and ensure work is complete to schedule. Provide outstanding Customer Service to all Waves Customers. Minimum Requirements/Experience -Hands on experience with mechanical machinery. - Sound knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety -Ability to liaise with suppliers and industry to isolate and resolve issues -resourceful approach to problem solving Must be self driven and have intermediate computer skills. inc. excel & word -English writing proficiency -Commitment to personal and vocational development -Interest in car wash processes and equipment Waves is a family owned business, that believes in a team effort and collaboration to achieve the best results for customers and the most rewarding environment for staff.
