My new price list will come into affect as of 1st September 2019. Salon Policies A minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation.... If a product or service is faulty, it may either be replaced or refunded, which will be at my discretion. There will be no refunds for a change of mind. Some services or products may not be suitable for you. Therefore I have the right to not proceed with the treatment if I feel it is not safe to do so. I require a patch test to be done for all new clients if wanting henna, tint or lash lift. As a reaction is rare but possible. If you are determined to proceed without a test patch you will be required to fill in the consent form allowing me permission. Please attend Henna and Yumi lash lift appointments child free as these treatments take alot of precision. Any other appointment children are allowed but at your own risk.
