Upon arrival, all clients will be taken to a dedicated handwashing station Single use, biodegradable towels Increased use of gloves for all team members Hand sanitiser available at any time for all clients Masks in use for all appointments -Optional face masks for clients Our increased rotation of disinfectant processes using hospital-grade disinfectant for door handles, benches, chairs, basins, equipment, stationery, tweezers and lashes ensures that these items are cleaned BEFORE & AFTER each client. This application is implemented in a manner that will not cause concern for clients with asthma-related conditions. All team members have undergone additional training to ensure they are meeting these exceptional hygiene standards. To protect the health, safety and financial welfare of our dedicated team and the broader WAX LASH TAN client community, any team member who feels unwell, or feels they may be experiencing any symptoms outlined by the World Health Organisation will remain at home. We strongly insist that our clients to do the same, and if you experience any symptoms or feel you may have been compromised, contact us immediately by phone to cancel your appointment. Please do not come in person. We will do our very best to reschedule your appointment 14 days after the original booking. It is business as usual for us as we navigate these challenges and remain absolutely committed to ensuring the health and safety of our WLT community.
