Due to the current situation , appointments are going to be limited, so please try to book your appointment as early as possible. All clients will be emailed or messaged a health form . This form has to be completed before arriving to your appointment, Without this form the appointment will be cancelled . Personal hygiene is our priority, so please sanitise or wash your ...hands on arrival. The therapist will be wearing a personal protective mask and PPE all the time . We will use disposable towels for facials. If you think you are going to be cold during your treatment please bring your own blanket. Please try to be on time not too early and not too late . 21.01.2022 Dear valued clients once again we would like to remind you with our Salon policies . *Our salon run by appointments , walk-ins are welcome but it depends on availability. *WE DON'T ACCEPT WALK-IN CLIENTS WITH VOUCHER . *You must provide your voucher on arrival otherwise your appointment will be cancelled. *All clients with vouchers must make an appointment otherwise FULL PRICE will apply .... *Any cancellation for appointments booked during our business hours and less than 24hrs notice will require a $30 fees unless orherwise agreed to . *Any cancellation for appointment made for after hours or Sunday and Monday will need 24hrs notice otherwise a $70 fees will be apply . *If you have a voucher and you don’t show up to your appointment the voucher will be voided. * If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule.
