23.01.2022 Everyone’s skin absorbs henna differently.. think of it like a tan. I can do the same colour like I did on these two ladies in the first two photos yet two completely different results. Crazy hey? So I explain to my clients I need to start somewhere and I’ll write down the ratios of henna mixtures on their cards so I know next time to go darker or lighter depending on what the client would prefer. We did a test patch on the lovely Bec with a couple of different waxes in her previous appointments but they didn’t agreed with her so I threaded her brows instead. 08.01.2022 When a client comes in to their first appointment, I ask them how they want their brows. I explain that we have to start somewhere with how your skin takes the Henna. I can always go lighter or darker next time. It is definitely a process. It might look too dark in some of these photos but keep in mind, they could be chasing that dark full brow instead of having to draw/fill them in when they make up their face and eyes. 06.01.2022 R E D B R O W S... so this is why I don’t put makeup/concealer on after having your brows done. Wax is a thorough exfoliant so for your skin to recover the best, all I do is gently wipe a natural tea tree formula on the skin to help sooth the skin. The last thing I would want is more product/bacteria to be applied to the sensitive brow area as that will higher the risk of irritation and no one wants that! Normally the redness will go down after 1 hour or 6 depending on y...our skin type. So I say, go home, put your feet up and chill out. It would look better for photos but I don’t care your skin is my priority. Please ladies, message me as soon as you know when you’ll want your brows fixed up.
