05.01.2022 Waxworks COVID SAFE PLAN If you arrive early please come in to let us know you are here then wait outside if there is no waiting chair available. We will call you in when we are ready. All clients coming into the salon must wash or sanitise their hands upon arrival to the appointment. We will be personally sanitising before and after every client and washing our hands as often as possible in-between clients.... All clients coming to an appointment must agree to disclose their details for recording keeping. We have always kept records of clients names and contact numbers but in addition to the new COVID regulations we will also need your email and postal address. All clients must arrive solo to their appointment. We are following strict social distancing rules. Children, partners, family members and friends are not able to accompany you to your appointment. If you are stuck due to children or other reasons please call ahead and we will try to accomodate. All surfaces touched by clients and staff will be cleaned as often as we can with hospital grade disinfectant. All equipments used for your services will be sterilised between clients as per usual. All clients who are feeling unwell MUST stay at home. Please call to cancel or reschedule if this is the case and we will happily change this to a later date. Even if you are not displaying symptoms of COVID-19 but are unwell, your treatment will not go ahead if you arrive sick.
