17.01.2022 Waykat Services P/L have been at it again even during Covid we have not stopped. A few weeks ago Waykat Services P/L received an SOS from an Optus Mobile Broadband & Telstra voice client that had NO Telstra & no Optus Mobile Broadband service at their premises south west of Bendigo in a very challenging area. Waykat Services P/L attended the site as we do with all new clients to get a lay of the land and look at the building structure to enable us to formulate a Communication...s & & Telecommunications infrastructure plan for the client going forward. Below is the finished product is an Optus 4G+ Mobile Broadband & Telstra mobile voice infrastructure installation that thanks to our terrific partners Telco Antennas that Waykat Services P/L completed in regional Vic just south west of Bendigo in a very challenging area. The Installation consisted of a Telco Antennas Australian Made Roof Mounted Serviceable Mast - 5m botled into the roofing structure via 3 x 1M pieces of heavy duty unistrut. At the top of the Telco Antennas Australian made Roof Mounted Serviceable Mast - 5m is a RFI Technology Solutions Next-G+4GX 15dBi Yagi Antenna - 700-850MHz connected to a feeding a Telstra Cel-Fi by Nextivity Go Mobile Voice Repeater via a Phaseblocker N Male to Female Lightning Arrester - up to 6GHz for electrical protecting. The Telstra Cel-Fi by Nextivity is connected to a RFI Technology Solutions DAS Omni directional PIM Rated Ceiling Antenna - 700-2700MHz mounted in the middle of the house to bring in perfectly clear 5 bar Telstra mobile voice service for the clients Telstra mobile handsets & tablets that previously had no Telstra mobile voice service in side the house Just under the RFI Technology Solutions Next-G+4GX 15dBi Yagi Antenna - 700-850MHz is a Telco Antennas XPOL MIMO 3G+4G+4GX Panel Antenna - 700-2700 MHz. Connect to the Telco Antennas XPOL MIMO 3G+4G+4GX Panel Antenna - 700-2700 MHz. +45Deg N connector on the XPOL MIMO 3G+4G+4GX Panel Antenna - 700-2700 MHz is also another Phaseblocker N Male to Female Lightning Arrester - up to 6GHz with a LCU400 3m Coaxial Cable - N Male to SMA Male to protect the clients Telco Antennas T1 3G/4G/4GX/4G+ CAT6 LTE Advanced 4G Wifi Modem Mobile Broadband infrastructure. 13.01.2022 Waykat Services P/L are onsite in the Dandenongs today for a NBN Relocation & Ubiquiti Inc Point to Point ( PtP) & WiFi installation.

12.01.2022 Howdy all so among all the bad news out there Waykat Services P/L have some more good news. Waykat Services P/L are excited to announce that on Friday 17/07 Waykat Services P/L won a sizable contract to supply, install, commission & maintain a large Communications, Telecommunications, Telementry & Satellite infrastructure network in regional Victoria for a large Northern Territory corporation that has brought a large land & building holdings in regional Vic. The installation ...will involve a Security Surveillance network, Cambium Networks infrastructure including PtP using secure AES128 Point to Point & WiFi comms ), Cel-Fi by Nextivity for Telstra mobile voice comms, remote telemetry for sending info back to head office, IoT for remote control of infrastructure, satellite imagery & Two Way UHF & VoLTE voice comms. It will be back hauled by a commercial NBN Fixed wireless with a commercial guaranteed bandwidth of 50/50 with a fail over to Telstra mobile broadband, backing up to Optus Mobile broadband in the event of both a NBN & Telstra failure. Once the paperwork is done in the next week or so a start date will be set. Stay tuned.

This morning we have headed off to Sale Victoria for the day. https://goo.gl/maps/VUWsihevn9GqAsx9A Sale is situated roughly mid-way between the other large Gippsland centres of Traralgon & Bairnsdale, just west of the extensive Gippsland Lakes network& is home to the East Sale RAAF base.... As Waykat Services P/L are the specialist in Rural, Regional & Remote Communications & Telecommunications we have picked up a lot of work in the Gippaland area as it is a very challenging area due to the very mountainous topology.

09.01.2022 Good morning all our very dedicated followers on Facebook. I’m hoping that everyone had a very enjoyable weekend & managed to stay safe & warm. Well, another Monday morning & another post for an installation undertaken & completed by Waykat Services P/L on behalf of our very supportive supplier, Telco Antennas. This installation is in Melbourne's southern suburbs & involves an Optus 4G+ mobile broadband installation with:-... 2 x RFI Technology Solutions Wide-band MIMO 3G, 4G & 5G Panel Antenna - 700-3800MHz. Mounted atop of a 2M Galvanised Roof Mounted Mast. Connected to 4 x Phaseblocker N Male to Female Lightning Arrester - up to 6GHz for Lightning protection. Cabled down to the mobile broadband infrastructure using 4 x 10M lengths of LCU400 10m Coaxial Cable - N Male to SMA Male. Connected to 2 x Clipsal Home Dual SMA Wall Plates attached to 2 x Clipsal Home wall stand offs. These were then attached to 2 x Optus Huawei B525 Routers via 4 x lengths of LCU195 1.5m Coaxial Cable - SMA Male to SMA Male located in a data cabinet. The 2 x RFI Technology Solutions Wide-band MIMO 3G, 4G & 5G Panel Antenna - 700-3800MHz are 5G ready for connection to a future 5G network when & or if a, actual real 5G router with external antenna connectors is ever released in Australia. As you will see in the below digi pics, we had to go through a steel stud frame wall, so it was necessary to take the appropriate & necessary insulation steps to protect the 4 x 10M lengths of LCU400 10m Coaxial Cable - N Male to SMA Male from the steel stud frame wall. Because we were working in a high Vehicle & Pedestrian area, it was deemed necessary to take a lot of extra steps & precautions to ensure that we complied with all the necessary Worksafe Vic OH & S requirements to keep people, vehicles & our selves safe & separated on the worksite, including setting up dedicated Pedestrian walk areas to keep Pedestrians safe at all times. This was a great installation with a great speed test result check out the digi pics, ensuring that both Telco Antennas, Optus & Optus's client were happy with the finished result. A huge thanks goes out to Telco Antennas for their ongoing support & trust in Waykat Services P/L to complete this Optus 4G+ mobile broadband this installation for Optus & Their client.

03.01.2022 When it comes to needing big, heavy, hard to move machines & seriously heavy transport for big & difficult access jobs, Waykat Services P/L have it in spades. This 64 ton 95ft Reach Knuckle boom was so large & so heavy that it needed to be transported to site on a special quad axle expandable float behind a Kenworth T901 prime mover by Shamrock Transport, one of the best in the business when it comes to moving large, over weight & over size machines. There was no other possib...le way of safely getting on the top level of this building in question because of it's construction and how close it was to other houses, thus the need for a long reach knuckle boom. For this, we needed special council permits to even bring it to site, which included stopping residential parking on one side of the street, traffic control to operate the machine from the street reaching back to the premise in question. The Installation consists of 1 x Telco Antennas Heavy Duty Galvanised Tin Roof Mount 50mm - 2.0m. bolted into the roofing structure via a Telco Antennas Heavy Duty Tile Roof Galvanized Mount 50mm Atop of the Telco Antennas Heavy Duty Galvanised Tin Roof Mount 50mm - 2.0m is a RFI Technology Solutions Wide-band MIMO 3G, 4G & 5G Panel Antenna - 700-3800MHz, this was chosen so that when the client has 5G in their area they can simply swap out the router for a 5G router, without need for further modifications. Attached to the RFI Technology Solutions Wide-band MIMO 3G, 4G & 5G Panel Antenna - 700-3800MHz is a Phaseblocker N Male to Female Lightning Arrester - up to 6GHz to provide electrical protecting to the clients infrastructure. The RFI Technology Solutions Wide-band MIMO 3G, 4G & 5G Panel Antenna - 700-3800MHz is cabled down to a Telco Antennas T1 3G/4G/4GX/4G+ CAT6 LTE Advanced 4G Wifi Modem via a length of Telco Antennas LCU400 10m Coaxial Cable - N Male to SMA Male. The Telco Antennas T1 3G/4G/4GX/4G+ CAT6 LTE Advanced 4G Wifi Modem was plugged into a Netgear GS108E managed switch to distribute broadband service to 4 x Ubiquiti Inc UniFi AC LR Access Points, 2 x PC's & 1 x Smart TV. All in all, another great success story for both Waykat Services P/L and our client. Check out the finished speed test. Again a special shout & thanks goes to our incredible infrastructure supplier Telco Antennas & their suppliers including but not limited to RFI Technology Solutions. A big shout also goes to out the highly professional transport operator Shamrock Transport, for manouveri g such a large Prime Mover & Float with such a heavy machine onboard, into what was a very small council street in Melbourne's south east.
