24.01.2022 With the Easter break over and the team testing "Negative" for Covid 19 yesterday (love the drive thru testing stations) we are looking forward to getting to work launching some new properties, I thought this would be interesting for those that dont have access to this type of information, most of the industry uses Core Logic for their market data. These graphs show the drop in agent and mortgage broker preparation activity, on a weekly basis and in comparison to the prev...ious 12 months, The obvious being the drop in activity over March/April and this data places some real numbers on what we are seeing. There are some positive indications in the recent week or so where a definite "tick up" in activity can be seen.
