25.01.2022 This winter I built this sauna and put a wood fired heater in it. Its wonderful to help clients during a session when heat is required to assist deep energetic discharge. Its also a beautiful way to rest after a deep session and let the heat gently cleanse. Additionally, as a therapist its really important to have ways of releasing any energies gathered from client sessions and sweating is one way of ensuring this happens. Love Wayno

Identifying with his past as if it was him. My love surrounds him but can he feel it? He is conditioned to not trust but that is only one part of him. We "sold" it to a close friend to be able to live where we now live. In soul or higher self consciousness we return and walk in it, sleep there and swim it while our friend is caretaking it. 06.01.2022 Qi Gong is many things, one way to describe it is a succession of approaches/techniques to stretch, challenge, open and expand your mind. Initially your mind is limited to a personal "i" that only limited awareness can operate through. The past is your identity and the somebody you create has a below 200 energetic constriction that tightens you into this time orientated, physical part of you. With each technique, you have an oppportunity to experience letting go" of this sma...ll ego "i" (a characteristic of neutral on consciousness scale) and you need to have passed through courage each and every time to do a technique. 03.01.2022 63 years ago my mum danced around the lounge room whilst I was in her womb. As soon as I arrived she read the bible to me. Each day I can remember she asked with keen interest what I had been doing wherever I went in my childhood and teenager adventures. Even now when I come home from my Travels and teaching requirements from around the globe, mum is there keen to know what her son has been up to and she lights up with delight as she listens.
