17.01.2022 Some times I get to see some great features during my property inspections. This was at a house in hills that I checked out for the buyer. Custom hand made spiral staircase and an outside shower with a DIY solar panel and car fuel tank used to store the water. The view from the shower looking down at the city was impressive.

17.01.2022 I had a feeling they were there !!!! Last week I had a roof to inspect on a property in the hills. The roof was so low that I couldnt get access and could only view from the loft hatch. There had been termite damage to the house in the past and one room had been rebuilt. I just notice a fine mud line with my torch before I replaced the hatch. I don't normally request this but I recommended that this property have some roof sheets removed for a more invasive inspection. Glad I suggested this. The first two roof sheets removed revealed very active termites in the roof batons. Phewww !!! now the buyer is protected and I have done my job to the best of my ability. Are you thinking of buying. Then best to have a building and a termite inspection for your protection.

11.01.2022 I was nearly ambushed at this property inspection today. Had to use a chair and a whip to get this huntsman out.The roof space had a few as well. Felt like Indiana Jones by the time I got out of the roof.

05.01.2022 Was at a property inspection this week. Great Bees nest on the window frame. The tenant loved them and the sweet honey smell and always sleeps with the window open. It works for them !!

01.01.2022 Enjoyed looking around this beach house this week. It had a few curves going on and a tropical feel under the patio / decking area. The buyer had taken a risk as she had never been to this house she was buying. She chose well.
