17.01.2022 This was a water damaged balcony . Broken and loose tiles cracked cement sheeting and rotten timbers . replaced Timbers and strengthened framework and installed new Scyon exterior flooring , waterproofed and re Tiled,added new Fascia ,re-fit balustrade.
