I keep my cardiovascular endurance up by rowing in the surf boats in summer and on the ergo during the winter. I also run 5km with 'run for life' every Saturday morning. If you had to make something delicious and healthy using 3 ingredients, what could you make? Aged scotch fillet with garlic infused olive oil and salt - seared on the BBQ. What is a quick, positive change that someone could do today to help make their everyday diet healthier? Make a conscious effort to be consistent, eating healthy 80% of the day 7 days week, will beat eating healthy 100% of the day 5 days a week. What is your favourite past-time?
