23.01.2022 THE POSITION OF OUR WOMBS MATTERS. Important information shared by Innate Traditions with Rachelle Garcia Seliga Most women have had the experience of being told by allopathic practitioners: "Your uterus is tilted, but it's okay. Most women's are. The position of your uterus doesn't matter." HOWEVER, the traditional guardians of women's health across the planet (most often the midwives) know that: The position of our uterus is CENTRAL to our health and well-being.... . The uterus sits inside the pelvic bowl as a 'free floating' organ, held in place by ligaments. Menstrual cramps are most often a sign that our uterus is tilted. Menstrual cramps are common, but they ARE NOT NORMAL. We are designed for the uterine lining/blood of menstruation to EASILY come out of us, WHEN our uterus is in its centered, upright position. The uterus is a muscle, and if it is 'tilted,' then our uterus needs to CONTRACT in order to move the tissue and blood out. When the uterus is brought into its rightful place - cramps DISAPPEAR. . In the front of the uterus sits our bladder. If our uterus is is 'tilted' forward, it is then pressing on our bladders. This could look like: chronic urinary tract infections or frequency of urination. . To the back of the uterus, is our rectum. A 'retroverted' or 'retroflexed' uterus then is pushing into our rectum. This could look like: pencil thin stools or a feeling of constipation - even when you are eating enough health fats and fiber // exercising // sufficiently hydrated. . To the sides of the uterus sit the ovaries. If the uterus is titled to either side, it can be squashing into an ovary. This can impact the communication that should be happening between the ovaries and the pituitary gland. Our bodies then will often release more hormones then necessary, manifesting as MIGRAINE HEADACHES around the time we bleed. . 18.01.2022 My glorious yoni steam stool has arrived! I have been eying this off for over 2 years. It is really beautifully hand crafted and is so comfortable & solid. The steaming hole is quite spacious, which I like as it allows the steam to flow alllll around the pelvis. The steam chair has another feature where the base is on a slight slope to create a nice pelvic tilt, which is very comfortable and harmonious on the pelvic bowl for sitting. There is also the option to have the base ...flat by adding 2 little legs under the stool at the front. I was surprised that the postage was quite reasonable considering it came all the way to Cairns from Melbourne This was crafted by @my.little.workshop_ Thank you so much, I Iove it! On the last day of the course we had a great sharing circle about self care and we receive so many simple and actionable ideas about ways to nurture our selves and keep our nervous systems regulated as mothers and therapists. @kellyveronica31 had a great share about self pleasure and increasing sensation internally & receptivity to pleasure for our selves.... The Deepening is a series of 6 meetings to go deep and explore and enhance inner connection, with body, earth, spirit, and incorporates Ceremonial Cacao to turn up the dial of inner connection and magic. We would be working with deep listening, journaling, body connection through self-touch, massage, like breast massage, movement, dance, symbolism, authentic connection, sound, breathwork, and sharing over 6 sessions. The first meeting The Shedding is to honour the deep process of transformation, honouring all that has been let go of or is releasing now and lay down some things to rest and release through exploring with Ceremonial Cacao, journaling, a lovely ritual, movement and sharing, making way for the new luminous skin to emerge. 04.01.2022 The Witche's Broom Nebula Ten thousand years ago, before the dawn of recorded human history, a new light would have suddenly have appeared in the night sky and faded after a few weeks. Today we know this light was from a supernova, or exploding star, and record the expanding debris cloud as the Veil Nebula, a supernova remnant. This sharp telescopic view is centered on a western segment of the Veil Nebula cataloged as NGC 6960 but less formally known as the Witch's Broom Neb...ula. Blasted out in the cataclysmic explosion, the interstellar shock wave plows through space sweeping up and exciting interstellar material. Imaged with narrow band filters, the glowing filaments are like long ripples in a sheet seen almost edge on, remarkably well separated into atomic hydrogen (red) and oxygen (blue-green) gas. The complete supernova remnant lies about 1400 light-years away towards the constellation Cygnus. This Witch's Broom actually spans about 35 light-years. The bright star in the frame is 52 Cygni, visible with the unaided eye from a dark location but unrelated to the ancient supernova remnant.
