18.01.2022 This was announced a few weeks back but it seems the e-mail didn't get to everyone. So I'll post it here and resend the e-mail. To all master boxers who are com...peting in the 1st Annual Boston National Masters Invitational sponsored by Title Boxing and brought to you by Bishop’s Training and Fitness. As most of you know, do to the Corona Virus we are forced to once again postpone the tournament to a later date. What has unfortunately caused the postponement is first the Corona Virus, second, Massachussates gyms being able to open late and last the process from when a gym opens to when one can spar to when events will actually start taking place is about a 2-month to a 2 and a half month process. Speaking with USA Boxing and the Local Boxing Commission, they advised us that there was no way the tournament would take place in early August. So what now? After taking close consideration in potential dates, we feel strongly that a March date would give us enough time to hopefully be cleared of the Corona Virus and be able to have a full tournament with spectators. With a lot of locals registered we feel having your friends and family share this journey with you is important. We are working on confirming the date in March so stay tuned. With that said, we can’t leave 2020 without some boxing so we are planning to have a 2 or 3-day clinic and sparring for all masters. Once gyms are open and sparring has begun, we will set a date that best fits for all to get some work in. We know this doesn’t take away the disappointment but we hope it will be something to look forward to and will help get us back on track. 2020 what a year right? We appreciate all the support and having the majority of you wanting to hold your spot has helped tremendously. For anyone that feels that a new date might not work for you or want to drop out, e-mail me at [email protected] with a refund request and we’ll take care of that for you. However, your name will have an asterisk that means your registration fee has not been paid. To secure your spot make sure to make payment by December 18th 2020. Jack was current WBF President Mr Mick Croucher’s trainer and also trained World Champion Lionel Rose RIP Jack....... Your influence in the sport of boxing is still felt today, especially throughout Australia The Original WBF.... Championship Boxing all over the world since 1988...!!!

For those that registered but did not pay the registration fee you have until December 18th, 2020 to get your payment in or your spot will be made available so get your registration fees in. Once your spot is made available it will go to whoever registers with payment. Registrations without payment will no longer... be accepted.
