17.01.2022 An Amazing Opportunity for performance and technical teams. Applications are now open for PULSE 2020, to be held at Quaycentre, Sydney Olympic Park, on Thursday 25 June. PULSE is a large-scale performing arts event, celebrating talented students from NSW Public Schools in Greater Western Sydney and beyond. It provides high quality opportunities in music, dance, drama, visual arts and public speaking to students from all over the state.... Opportunities are available for school groups from primary, secondary, central and community schools to be a part of the Combined Choir of over 700, which form the backbone of the event, or to submit soloists and ensembles as individual items for the performance. In addition, students can audition to be a student compere of the event, nominate to be a member of the VET Entertainment Crew or submit an artwork to be considered in the Program Cover Design Competition. We are also seeking interested teachers who wish to form part of the Stage Management Team. 09.01.2022 Dear ensemble members, we love your commitment and enthusiasm for our rehearsals and performances. However, due to new restrictions, unfortunately Choir, Concert Band and Stage Band will not be on for the rest of the term. We will update you about next term when we have more information - here's hoping for some good news soon! Thank you for your ongoing attendance this far. Our ensembles would literally not run without you!
