19.01.2022 Dance class is on tonight 6:30 to 8:00 Coronavirus precautions are in place. ... Tonight we will be focusing a bit on Samba technique and styling, and what ever else takes our fancy. Tonight's goal is to finish the class looking a fabulous as Franco and Oxana. Here are some basic samba figures danced with styling dialed up to 11. 15.01.2022 Dust off those dancing shoes... we’re beating back the coronavirus blues with a return to dance classes starting Thursday 25 June, 6:30pm - 8:00pm at the Temperance Hall. Cost is $12 pp. Due to Coronavirus restrictions still in place, dance classes will focus on solo technique (no partnered dancing) until restrictions ease further. It’s a great opportunity to get those out-of-practice legs back in the groove, and spend time perfecting basic figures in preparation for a retur...n to partnered dancing and a broader range of classes in coming weeks (fingers crossed!). Coronavirus rules will be in place: - The class is limited to 20 people - Social distancing of 1.5m between people not of the same household - Participants will need to leave their name and contact details in case of follow-up for health purposes - Cleaners will sanitize the hall before and after class Punctuality at 6:30pm is important, and appreciated.
