19.01.2022 Another great weekend of cricket in perfect weather. With eight teams in the two ungraded Stage 1 competitions, Friday night saw a regular occurrence with two Creek teams facing off against each other. The Hurricanes and Stars played a great game, with lots of enthusiasm and energy from both teams. With warmer weather ahead for the rest of this week, don't forget your hat, hydration and suncream along with abiding by the COVID Safe measures in place for games and training. ... You can find your draw for the upcoming week on the club website or the MyCricket app. Good luck to all teams this round! #GoodToBeGreen

Great to see many of our junior players getting a pathway to experience senior cricket and continue their cricket journey. Good luck to all teams this weekend!... #GoodToBeGreen

13.01.2022 Many of us grew up loving cricket from an early age, inspired by summers watching cricket on TV and games of backyard cricket with family and friends. That passion for the game of cricket has certainly continued onto the next generation for the Wilde family, with one of our talented youngsters Stella making her fifth grade debut on the weekend with father Steve (a handy cricketer himself!). Stella took a great catch and her first grade wicket, to go with an impressive season ...for the @Weston Creek Molonglo Cricket Club junior and senior women's teams. The passion for cricket also extends to sister Scarlett who also plays juniors and off-field with Camilla being one of the organisers for our junior girls teams and a junior committee member. This continues on from the example set by many other families like the Bassetts, Rouschs, Costellos, Gairs, Sparks and so many more whose passion and dedication to coaching, co-ordinating, managing, scoring, umpiring, volunteering for committee roles (and occasionally finding time for playing!) all goes to inspiring the next generation and making our club such a great community club! A fantastic effort all round! #GoodToBeGreen
10.01.2022 Good luck to our Blasters players this morning and all junior teams playing over the weekend. It's going to be hot again, so don't forget your hat and drink bottle. The club have club caps and wide brimmed hats for sale if you need one for the cricket bag! #GoodToBeGreen

All draws have been updated in the My Cricket app and website and will be in place for the rest of the season. Please check in with your coach or manager on your expected arrival time if you haven't already heard from them. ... There is no change to the Friday night games or Blasters programs. Good luck to all teams for the weekend! #GoodToBeGreen
09.01.2022 A terrific start to the weekend with the u12 Thunder and Renegades facing off in hot conditions on Friday night. Well done to all the kids for a really competitive game played in great spirits in front of a bumper (COVID Safe!) crowd. Thanks to all the volunteers for coaching, scoring and umpiring. Don't forget you can check the results and players statistics on the club website. ... Have a great weekend everyone! #GoodToBeGreen

08.01.2022 Win, lose or draw (and this weekend had all three!) it was wonderful to get a full round of cricket in. We have two teams in the Juniors Girls Cup competition, and both played great games on Friday night. The girls are clearly loving their cricket, and well coached by two of our talented female players who are now playing in the Glenda Hall senior competition. 08.01.2022 The summer break is here, with the last games of 2020 played last week - unless you count backyard cricket games of course! Congratulations to all our players on their achievements so far and a huge thank to you to all coaches, managers, blast co-ordinators, scorers, umpires, parents and helpers for getting them there each week and our volunteer committee for getting the season underway. Wishing you all a happy Christmas and a safe and relaxing holiday period. We look forward to seeing you all in 2021 for the second half of the season!
08.01.2022 Well done to the u12 Thunder who played a great game on Friday under cloudy skies and on a soggy outfield. The kids had a ball and will be the envy of many other teams as they’ve gotten both their games in so far this season! A big thanks to all the volunteers who braved the chilly conditions, especially Nathan who had to improvise to signal wides while umpiring!!! Hope everyone is staying warm and dry this weekend and fingers crossed for better weather for all teams next we...ek. #GoodToBeGreen
