25.01.2022 So what did we do today? Removed old laserlight, put additional battern's in to create fall, reinstalled laser light, replaced end beams and repainted verandah railing, posts and beams. Thanks team

22.01.2022 Had two rubbish removal jobs today and no wheel brace to suit. Gotta hate that. Looks like catch up time over the weekend.

22.01.2022 Another great vacate clean from the team. Oven had been cleaned but oven products could not clean the baked on grease off. That was removed with non toxic Baking Soda and back to sparkly clean

19.01.2022 Well here was a job and a half. 2.4m gate post sunk 800mm in concrete, which had to be replaced due to dry rot and termite issues. Removed effected posts and timbers. Fitted new hinges and colour matched with fresh paint.

18.01.2022 So what we have done over the last couple of days? Removed over hanging branches from power lines. Garden make over (no pics). Replaced kitchen sink waste, fixed dishwasher seal, resecured kitchen draw, resecured all towel rails and resecured curtain brackets. Nothing is too large or small with us.

17.01.2022 So what did we do today? Laser light up on back porch and under house door installed (no pics yet, will take tomorrow. Whipper snipped, mowed and removed rubbish just prior to property settlement

16.01.2022 Progress so far 5 cubic metres, so far of green waste and more to come. Why do people plant bamboo 2.5 cubic metres of the stuff. Took 6 hrs to cut and load

14.01.2022 Garden clean up today. Also today at varying properties replaced a window winder, re fitted outdoor eaves and replaced an oven door handle. From big jobs to small we do it all.

14.01.2022 So what did we do today. Cleaned 10 vacant on the market units at Tricare Retirement Village in Box Hill, helped the lovely resident Barbara pressure washing her back pavers and repaired her picture frame. Then fixed a unit for sale. New door, rotting window frame and putty replaced and sub floor access door reinstalled

13.01.2022 Bloody ivy. Grooming a property for sale.

13.01.2022 So what did we achieve today. Sadly first cab off the rank, did a property clean up. Poor old dear of 92 took a fall. Feeling sad. Poor love still in hospital. Cleaned up blood and other stuff off walls and floors. Then a kitchen tap replacement, then replaced a door handle and vanity tap. Oh taps.

13.01.2022 What did we achieve today?100m x 8m high hedge trim. Took off about 600mm and some.

12.01.2022 So what did we do today? No pics, due to privacy. Demolished old collapsed garden shed, making room for the new one. Need to prepare for new foundation floor. Repaired leaking roof to house and replaced rotted bearer to garage. Disposed of all rubbish. Beautiful cottage garden hope we didn't hurt it too much. Thanks Louella

Installed bistro blinds, replaced internal Venetian blinds to two properties, cleaned gutters to two properties, repaired rear verandah gutter, patched two walls at separate properties, replaced wardrobe knobs, removed tenant rubbish, replaced 2 sliding door broken handles, concreted entrance tripping hazard, reinstalled fallen letter box,replaced a kitchen tap and replaced sliding door runners. 07.01.2022 So what did we do today.The crew rebedded pavers from root movement, realigned a collapsed fence, new mortar a portion of missing tiled roof capping, patched a ceiling crack, painted over toilet wall, painted garage ceiling and walls, replaced lawn sprinklers, removed annoying boundary blackberries, fixed rotten fascia, restained front deck, sanded and restained kitchen meals floor, and arranged render capping thanks to Dillon Bellamy from @Stronghold Solid Plastering @Dillon Bellamy, Paris, Kasey, Baylan. Go team. Big day.

05.01.2022 So we do today, removed household items from a vacant sold property just before settlement, finished off a property make over fresh paint, window clean, sliding door lock and general grooming for the new tenant.

03.01.2022 So what did we do today! Finalised a plaster repair from water damage and installed new ceiling speakers. Repainted whole ceiling. Cleaned 8 solar panels, cleaned 11 units at at Hayville retirement village and repaired yet another sliding door runners
