18.01.2022 Hi Facebookers, My business is now up and running. Thank you for all your likes and comments. Some things you may not know. Besides split system air conditioners, I can also help with any of the following: - Smoke Alarms (there are new laws in QLD requiring Photoelectric type alarms to be installed) - Switches and Power points (any sticky, cracked or sparking points should be replaced ASAP)... - New Lighting (if you have old type halogen downlights, the heat can cause fire - consider replacing these with LED type) - Low voltage garden lights (I can install these for you. You can do these yourself because they are low voltage but you will need a weatherproof power point to run the transformer) - Earth Leakage system (these circuit breakers have been mandatory for a long time and they do save lives. But they do need to be tested. I have a special tool that plugs into power points to simulate a fault and tests the system) - Renovations or extensions (if you are substantially changing things in bathrooms or kitchens you need to comply with height and water distance of power and switches) I am happy to give you free advice so we all play safe.
