25.01.2022 Sometimes, looking at our goals can be overwhelming. We see on our work desk a handful of big projects and bunch of meeting schedules on our calendar which makes us quite stressful. Statistics suggest that when we break it up into smaller tasks, we feel more in control and will be much more productive. There must be a planning board for all our tasks. Or we can simply keep our own diary or notebooks to plan ahead. It does not take much,nor is it a tiresome job. ... All we have to do is keep records of our tasks for the day and work on them one by one. This will keep us on track in our day to day work and make the bigger projects seem less daunting.

17.01.2022 Most of the tasks that we procrastinate on arent actually difficult to do we do have the talent and skills to accomplish them we just avoid starting them for one reason or another. This is why sometimes, we miss out some tasks at workplace that are easy and not time consuming yet very very important. But no worries!! We have The 2Minute Rule that overcomes procrastination and laziness by making it so easy to start taking actions that we cant say no to. There are two pa...rts to the 2Minute Rule Part 1 If it takes less than two minutes, then do it now. In David Allens book Getting Things Done, it has been described how many things we put off that we could easily get done in two minutes or less. For example, washing your dishes immediately after meal, tossing the laundry in the washing machine, and so on. If a task takes less than two minutes to complete, then follow the rule and do it right now. Part 2 When you start a new habit, it should take less than two minutes to do. This doesnt mean youll be able to complete every task in 120 seconds, but starting new goals is the first step to accomplishing them! Is it possible that all of your goals be accomplished in less than two minutes? Obviously not. But, every goal can be started in 2 minutes or less. And thats the purpose behind this little rule. 09.01.2022 She knew this would change her life forever, she knew it would never be the same! Yet she decided to carry me. Her family was overwhelmed with the good news, she was awestruck to see her medical reports, she kept thinking....she had her career to grow, she had her life to live, she had her own dreams to pursue; yet she decided to hold me within. She gave up her professional life, she got her morning sickness, she could not eat, she had anxieties, she was nervous and sometimes... hopeless of what she would do in the months to come, and yet she had faith in me! She believed that I would make her life a better one. It was nearly 38 weeks full of battles; she could not move properly, she gained weight more that she ever did, she had her painful contractions, she had her terrible mood swings, she had her sleep cycle changed, she didnt watch TV-series anymore like she used to, her feet were swollen and her arms were flabbier and once in a while when I kicked from inside, she giggled with joy, and dropped a tear or two cause she knew she started falling for me already! And after 40 weeks, when I was in her arms, little, fragile and helpless, she stared at me and smiled the brightest of all. To her, I was the greatest gift that she could ever ask for. To her, I was the most precious. She kept me warm, fed me well, tucked me to bed and kept me safe. It was like she was my Superwoman on Earth! I never understood what pain felt like because she was always there to protect me from all odds. My first steps, my first word, my first ice cream, my first balloon, my first favorite song, my first crush, my first prom, my first failure or my first heartbreak, she witnessed them all and supported me when needed. At times, I misbehaved with her, told her things that I wish I could take back; she was devastated internally but never said a word about how she felt! It was my graduation day, yet she applauded like she has won something bigger than life. Her happiness knew no bounds when she saw me embracing my dreams even though she submerged hers. I am now parent of my own little one, but to Mum, I am still that fragile little baby who needs to be kept safe. Perhaps I have forgotten to call her daily but she never failed to ring me every hour of my everyday...... Thats what we call Mother..... Selfless, Graceful, Strong, Forgiving, Full of Life..... We post long and sweet statuses addressing our mothers on social media but we fail to express our gratitude in real life. How about we express the same on both real and virtual life?
