The session will guide you through some techniques to embody the voice, and to sing from the heart for deep healing. Finally, we will connect as one voice and sing a healing mantra, and medicine song together." Stephanie is a sacred singer/songwriter, yoga teacher and somatic counsellor. She has walked a dedicated spiritual path for 10 years exploring yoga, kirtan, meditation, travel, somati...c based therapy, and shamanic traditions. Stephanie found her first love of sacred music through singing mantra in Kirtan about 8 years ago. She found her true connection to her voice three years ago when she began to play the guitar and share medicine songs to support her strong commitment to the medicine path. Stephanie continues to use music as a tool for journeying to other (inner) worlds, connecting deeply with the Earth, and for self-expression through song writing.
