24.01.2022 Being a living being is not all beer and skittles. This morning I'm feeling exhausted, frustrated and sad at having pushed myself past my limits in my efforts to make a difference for life on Earth. But it's not time to rest yet, because there's an important opportunity to take action again today. Such is life. It's times like this when I really need to draw on the deep inner resources I've developed over the years. I need to find my strength, my humour, my willingness to be part of the solutions - of which there are many! And of course reach out to those who can support me. And me them. After all, we're all living beings, and we're all in this together.

15.01.2022 The Regen 101 Workshop was created in response to the need for XR Working Groups, and the wider community, to understand Regenerative Culture as an essential strategy in Extinction Rebellion’s activist project. As a workshop, it is experiential, practical and educational and while the booklet is intended as a supportive reference for the workshop, it is also a valuable, stand-alone resource for Regenerative Culture. 08.01.2022 I'm delighted to say that Facebook has approved the change from "Best Ever Health Therapies" to "Living Beings Australia"! They first wanted to be sure that it wouldn't be confusing for you all, which is why I've been posting about the change for a while now and will continue to for a little while longer. Also, I'm keeping my photo as the logo for now, even though I'm busting to show the new logo (painted by the super-talented Asaya, AKA Marieke)! So in the meantime, here's another peek at it.
