Some of the things I just cant wait for: - Standing on the balcony when the whole sky is lit with fireworks - Sitting by the river and the food trucks.. no cooking - Morning/ evening walks along the beautiful swan river... - Strolling the markets on Mends Street and breakfast at The Secret Garden - Jumping in the pool after work then dinner at Solo Pizza or bevvie or two at the Cheeky Monkey - Catching the ferry to Elizabeth Quay and festivals, fairs and million things to do And most of all the vibrancy and life of South Perth Can anyone add to this? 18.01.2022 We would like to congratulate our very own Ian Hutchison for recently celebrating 40 years in the real estate industry on the 13th of January 2018. "The most en...joyable aspect of being involved in the real estate industry is the many people you meet. I have always loved talking with people and using my best endeavours to help them. I have always had a motto in our office always treat others as you expect to be treated yourself. We are very fortunate to be involved in the real estate industry because it is an industry where the more you put in, the more you get out of it" Ian said. He started the business off with his wife Cathy initially from the back room of his first home and continued to operate the business for 30 years before selling it to his former business partner Steve Lally and two employees Rhys Chester and Michelle Garrett last year. Ian continues to work as a member of our sales team and plans to do so for many years to come!

This unique... piece of public art was designed by Joanna Brown of Laeline D Studio depicting native flowers and succulents that can be found in front gardens locally.
