It really is a trying time for restaurants, as being closed to customers is just devastating to us ~ as it's literally what we do! Takeaway & Pickup is 'something' in theory, but I'm sure you've taken a drive down your local strip of shops to see the actual affects of these restrictions. Although of course necessary to flatten the curve, 6 months of not being able to what we love (and what we're set up for) is going to be hard. 07.01.2022 With the current situation that's going on, it's hard for us to adapt to our new lifestyles, but it's even harder for local businesses. Buying directly from the resto/cafe means 100% of the money goes directly to them without losing a portion to commission from delivery partners. Door Dash is also offering 0% commission and no delivery fee (for the first transaction) to support local businesses, so check them out too!
