18.01.2022 Remember the lovely lady I told you about a few weeks ago who bought the Avocado earrings for herself - because we all need fun earrings... here she is!! Christina came back to the farmers market today and was rocking the Avo earrings like the queen she is. She told me that she’s worn them and received a tonne of compliments and you can see why. She looks SO good. This is why I do what I do with earrings. When you wear the right earrings, you walk taller, you’ve got a spring in your step. Could not love this more!!

I watched @davidattenborough’s a life on this planet and The Octopus Teacher recently and I read @_sarahwilson_ ‘a This One wild and precious life and here’s what I know. We have to do what we can and we have to start where we are. I was always very unsure of opening a shop selling STUFF. I didn’t want to add to the consumerist rhetoric. ...So when I opened, I knew I had to do things differently. Did you know that all the earrings are wrapped using recycled paper including @whogivesacraptp wrappers and they still look pretty special! If you didn’t know Who gives a crap wrappers and you received your earrings, I don’t think you would know. They look fancy!! I get numerous comments from people saying how special they felt receiving their gifts. We can still do business and selling stuff AND look after the environment. Anyway as you can see I’m pretty fired up and I’ve got more to say so let’s continue the conversation. . Have you watched the Doco’s or read Sarah Wilson’s book? What did you think? 13.01.2022 I asked the very controversial question on stories as to whether you are a dangles or studs gal and I got quite a few replies saying ALL of them, which I totally get... but what do you gravitate to? I think studs lovers mostly just wear studs, they might wear a dangle occasionally but mostly they wear studs. That’s a true studs lover Me? I’m a dangles girl completely! I’ll wear studs if it’s windy or I’m wearing a hat or if I’m going to exercise but otherwise, it’s dangles all the way!! Thoughts...?
