15.01.2022 We’re a big fan of Matty @fitness_on_northern_beaches for showing how it’s done on the assault bike. It’s also a great way to keep cool on hot days (depending on how fast you go). But if you are training today in this heat (or anytime when it’s hot) just remember a few things; Train early or late, avoiding the hottest parts of the day. Train inside with air conditioning if you can or make sure you’re in a well ventilated area (ideally in the shade if outside).... Hydrate before, during and after (with water of course) you’ll be sweating more so it’s important to keep your fluids up! Take it easy, ease off the weight and reduce the reps and intensity, you don’t need to overwork yourself. Know your limits, if you feel unwell stop and seek medical attention.
