07.01.2022 Trying to help out our 84 year old neighbour who seems to have been stung by SOUTHERN PHONES (Southern Phone). Hes called everyday for a week trying simply to activate a SIM and been on hold then cutoff for over 45 mins each time. Now Im going on online chat for a 45 minute wait... We looked online and this must be one of the worst reviewed companies ever (even worse than Dodo). Funny that they have no real social media presence to complain to...??? How do companies get away with such poor service?
