The products advertised have varied reputations and are almost always inferior to their well established and widely known counterparts. Some are even malicious, and can damage your programs and files.

02.01.2022 Microsoft have released a large update to Windows 10 called the Anniversary Edition. It may take a long time to install - over an hour on slower computers - so leave your computer plugged in and give it some time when updates start to install. Mobile broadband customers should make sure they have a spare 2 or 3 gigabytes for the download. The update improves web browsing, Cortana, battery life and computer speed.
