07.01.2022 Today I sit in gratitude for the opportunities and experiences that mould our lives. Thank you to all of the wonderful souls that I met over the 4 days at MBS Melbourne with Linda Usope , it is an honour to work with you. Lots of love and gratitude for the friendships made and for the ongoing love and support from those nearest and dearest to me. None of this is possible without you

02.01.2022 For the last few months I have pulled back from social media, I have focused on my own practice and sat with the earth in prayer. We have experienced drought, fire, floods and now a virus, we have been tested as a nation and as individuals. For many the ongoing stress and uncertainty of daily life has caused anxiety and fear responses. It is very difficult to remain calm when so many people are in distress and everywhere we look we are bombarded with crisis. Take some time fo...r you, come into your own bubble of self, sit within that space and ask what you need for you. Societally and globally this can all be too much to bear but if you sooth yourself and meet your own needs you can then help others. If we remember to give ourselves oxygen first we can then help others from a space of safety. Be kind to yourself and others, remember everyone is adjusting and some are doing it tougher than others. The earth is in a state of repair and healing, we can use this time to do the same. Today I found families taking to the National Park to hike with their children, families and friends. The beautiful flowing waters that have been dry for so long, the reds and yellows in the rocks, the ocean that reminded me of Larimar, the stunning pair of sea eagles who have come to the coast after an absence. These are all positive things within our world, things that reassure us that we will be ok. Love and gratitude to you all #Ann Murphy #weboflight #healing
