24.01.2022 Little update on our current bathroom reno, Almost upto screeding stage before tiling next week. Again waterproofing supplied by macfin building solutions, Using vikin GP PRIMER and vikin SBR. When waterproofing dont settle for second best products that dont live up to there claims. ... Also big shout out to leading edge carpentry for the extra sey of hands in laying down the floor last week.

22.01.2022 We are still working hard through covid 19 practicing our social distancing and proper hygiene practices

21.01.2022 Do you need a bathroom reno done? Kitchen fit out, perhaps a pergola or deck built. Come check out the work we do here. Currently finishing off a bathroom renovation and about to jump into the deep end with another one starting next week.... Tiles are getting laid again using vikin products from macfin building solutions. Progress photos of 1 week apart. Giving 3 days for the waterproofing to cure, Followed by the screed bed and another 3 days to cure before starting the tiling.

19.01.2022 Headed to yass again today to get some more work done did a fair amount of tiling this arvo to get ahead to try and finish hopefully by Saturday. Starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

19.01.2022 Down in yass this week and next after starting yet another bathroom, Are you in a rural setting and cant find local people at affordable prices hit me up and I can quote you job at an affordable price while still offering quality workman ship. The customer saved some dollars by doing most of the demo them selves.... I then came in took out the shower recess, rectified any structural and non structural aspects behind the wall sheeting following by bracing to carry the new floating vanity and the new shower screen (265mm) further out then the last. We have changed the position of the shower drainage and up to waterproofing all in 2 days of being here. Whilst we let the waterproofing cure Ill be off to see my family for the few days before coming back to complete the screed bed tile and grout. Keep watching this space for more bathroom renos to come.

18.01.2022 Been a little quiet through out the covid pandemic still working along side others and with others, Just a few photos of the small jobs I have been either doing myself or helping out on with my parents who run there own small business out of gympie. Replaced handrail and balestrade, making a footpath (all to the BCA) with a steel handrail to suit and yet another bathroom/laundry. ... Credit to my dad on majority of it as I was his off sider on most the jobs. Even had the kids request a race track in the cubby (bathurst) incase covid was still going on we wouldnt have missed out on the most important weekend of the year....

11.01.2022 Competed the bathroom at winmalee today ready for the plumber to come back and install the toilet and bathtub. Show screen took some time getting in. Followed by a nice thorough clean and wipe down of all surfaces giving it the feel of completion and usability to allow the owners to go in with out having building dust everywhere.

09.01.2022 No job to small, little 2 day reno to tear down and replace an old awning over the rewr verandah with a full steel contruction.

07.01.2022 This week has seen me start a new project. Another bathroom reno and for something that was just going to see the floor get a make over i have had to now pull the shower tiles due to the previous builder not following the Australian standards when it comes to waterproofing. No wander this thing leaked. Last photo doesnt do it justice on just how appalling the work from the previous person was done.... The floor wasnt even stuck down properly. I offer a professional service at an affordable rate offering up bathroom renos, deck, pagolas and any handyman work in between no job is to small will post late next week when i hope to be near the end of this job.

06.01.2022 This is just a little taste of my side hobby that I am hoping to get off the ground and into production with a bit more. This is just the first piece that is a gift for a family member. Leaf spring Bowie knife with red gum burl handle set into liquid glass epoxy. ... Knife was shaped via a hammer and anvil with the help of my forge, And then ground down to finish form and sharpen. It is currently sitting and drying since putting on the 2pk clear that will give it its final finish.

03.01.2022 Awesome effort put in over the last couple days to finish off a bathroom and coffee table along with a mantel also

02.01.2022 Mother-inlaws bathroom. Busted water pipes behind dry wall, Fixed along with replacing gyprock, Bathroom reno with a complete removal of the old tiles resurfacing the floor, re waterproofed the bathroom new vanity and mirror. ... 3 coates of water proof supplied by MACFIN Building Solutions using vikin rapid SBR and vikin GP PRIMER. All plumbing done by ryan and Damien (wont let me tag). With some help to push it over the line by a few mates and family.

01.01.2022 Today finished the tiling, Unfortunately under estimate the glue needed for the job so there has been a few days delay while I got more glue. Also making a mantel piece and coffee table for the same customer the last photos are of the coffee table so far, Iron bark slab to be used for both, with a norglass liquid epoxy top on both
