22.01.2022 We bought this flipper a little while ago. Due to conflicting priorities the renovation has been stop/start, but we have reached lock up stage. The downstairs is now completely enclosed with all new windows and doors. Inside downstairs has been gutted and framed up awaiting fit out. Upstairs also gutted. Bathroom has been gutted and new shower went in last week. New kitchen arrives for installation Monday. Still a LOT of work to do. Completion hopefully end of January then it will be on the market! These photos are from today back to early in the Reno. House upstairs will have 3 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge/dining and bathroom with back and front balconies. Downstairs will be self contained with one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, Living/dining and laundry. When finished I will publish the final photos.

03.01.2022 Recently we bought our forever home in Manly Queensland. The house has Bay views and is only 16 years old, but cosmetically it is very dated. So we took on the challenge to do a complete renovation in just 4 weeks prior to moving in on the 2nd January 2020. Work includes: gutting the main bedroom, Ensuite and walk in robe; new tiles on front balcony; new light and powerpoint covers throughout; new ceiling fans; new kitchen appliances including swapping out electric cooktop f...or gas; new hybrid flooring throughout entire ground floor; gut laundry and replace; reposition and replace garage door to get 2 extra metres of space for workshop; two new air conditioners down stairs; repaint entire house inside and out; respray driveway; rebuild gardens.
