(competed both with young and senior athletes) What's more, she has just been selected on Australian Mountain Running Team. She will represent AUSTRALIA in World Mountain Running Championships held in Wales, Breat Britain (19th September) ! So proud of you Hubertien, and it is our real honor to be a part of your journey. 20.01.2022 Wecare Massage comes to the rescue. I was enjoying a brisk walk around the beautiful Gap Creek Walkways last Saturday when all of a sudden I experienced an excr...uciating spasm in my lower back. I was able to hobble home and carried out some basic stretches, in the hope that the spasm would subside. I followed the stretching with a generous dose of Opti-Relax Magnesium complex to help reduce the muscle fatigue and thought that with some rest it would resolve by Monday as I had a full week of work ahead of me. Back problems are an occupational hazard of dentistry as you are bending and twisting all day. By Sunday the pain had sadly not subsided so I gave Wecare Massage a call. Owned by a wonderful couple, Minnie and Mak, I was able to get an appointment on Sunday morning for a specialised sciatica massage. I walked out of Wecare Massage completely pain free and the subsequent week of work was achieved without a twinge.
