Can everyone follow this please because now to our beautiful participants at We Care Professional Support I will not be able to see all your beautiful smiley faces until I am better. But to the amazing wonderful caring team of people At We Care has really stepped up while I have a speedy recovery. 16.01.2022 I can not express how much I what we do supporting people to live a better life. Today I took 2 beautiful young ladies out today as they have had such a hard time these last few months with COVID-19 and other health issues. Absolutely love it that I am able to put a smile on there faces and then saying thank you all because I was able to take their mind of their problems. ... Do not give up because we are here and I do stand by my Logo . WE CARE WE LOVE. WE RESPECT. WE APPRECIATE

04.01.2022 Educating everyone is very Important, in our meeting this week we had addressed the Code of Conduct and The Privacy Act for all Our Participants because We Care CODE OF CONDUCT - RULE 2018 In providing supports or services to people with disability, a Code-covered person MUST:... a) ACT WITH RESPECT FOR INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS to freedom of expression, self-determination, and decision-making in accordance with applicable laws and conventions b)RESPECT the PRIVACY OF PEOPLE with disability and of Staff. c) PROVIDE SUPPORTS and SERVICES in a SAFE and competent manner, with CARE AND SKILL d) Act with INTEGRITY, HONESTY, and TRANSPARENCY, e) Promptly take steps to RAISE AND ACT ON CONCERNS about matters that may impact the quality and safety and abuse of, people with disability, f) Take all REASONABLE STEPS to PREVENT and RESPOND to all forms of violence against, and EXPLOITATION, NEGLECT, AND ABUSE OF, people with disability, g) Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct. These Laws are so Important to keep our Participants Safe and Well, as we are their voice and their family puts their trust in us to Care/Help your loved ones.

01.01.2022 This screening is so important as there is so many people forming companies and they are not doing the right thing in helping your family members. At We Care Professoonal Support has had many conversations with the NDIS/ NDIA plus the Safeguard Commissioner with a number of concerns that has come to our attention. So if you are being mistreated please contact the Safeguard Comissioner and they will investigate the issues you are having. They are very companionate and under...standing with out any judgement. Stay strong and Positive and just remember you are not alone
