17.01.2022 Hi to all, the lovely Monique from APM just informed me that a lot of you are without supports as the big organisations have ceased their supports due to the cu...rrent crisis. She also suggested I advertise on here. My business has been predominantly taking people on life-skills retreats. However that has come to a halt. So I would like to extend an invitation to anyone who requires in home personal care support, individual support to get out for some light exercise, shopping, cooking, cleaning, helping with keeping you on track with your goals, mindset, study and the like. I have a BA in psychology, expertise in mental health; youth mentoring; ABI support; high care personal needs support: including the use of hoists and wheel chair accessible vehicles; challenging behaviour support; mindfulness teacher accreditation; life-coaching accreditation - for keeping your mindset in a growth phase during these extremely challenging times. I hold a current police check, blue card, yellow card and CPR and first aid certificates as well as my own ABN. I am passionate about assisting my clients live the life of their choosing. 15.01.2022 Another retreat this time on Fraser Island with a wonderful family. We are so blessed as so much of Australia is in despair with the bushfires. But for this family this is a trip of a lifetime. I'm so happy to enable this experience for them.

05.01.2022 A few minutes ago this beautiful client was overwhelmed and terrified. So I conducted a short mindfulness activity with a personalised cognitive reprograming self talk session on the beach and viola she's beaming excited to be standing up and enjoying the sea life around her board.
