24.01.2022 Wedding restrictions are easing from the 23rd of November but please keep in mind the limit on guests at a private residence or property will be 20 people, even if the ceremony takes place outside.

17.01.2022 Yesterday was the craziest day of my wedding career. I married three couples - two who brought their weddings forward to avoid lockdown. The collective efforts of local wedding suppliers to make this happen was incredible and I have never felt more proud to be part of the wedding industry in South West Victoria. 14.01.2022 I used to say the best part about being a Marriage Celebrant is that every day at work is a happy one. Well thanks to COVID that's no longer true. The uncertainty for my couples and the wedding industry is causing so much stress and financial heart ache. Fingers crossed we'll all be spreading the love soon.

14.01.2022 Yesterday I masked up for a wedding with just the couple and two witnesses. I also witnessed two couples sign their Notice of Intention to Marry for marriages to take place under Stage 3 restrictions next month. It is heartwarming to see love win over COVID 19.

11.01.2022 Bronnie and Sam brought forward their wedding to avoid mandatory mask regulations. Not only did they get a warm and sunny day, they were able to celebrate with a small group of family and friends, something that would not have been possible had they kept their original date. The good luck could not have happened to a nicer couple.

11.01.2022 Wedding celebrations remain in lockdown in regional Victoria but that doesn't mean you can't get married. I'm offering all my couples the chance to marry now and celebrate later with a vow renewal at no extra charge.

05.01.2022 UPDATE (#2) re: Weddings on a rural property. Despite advice received to the contrary on Monday, I now have confirmation that private residence restrictions will apply to any wedding on a private property, regardless of whether the wedding is indoors or outdoors. In order to have a wedding with up to 100 people (after the 22nd of November) the wedding must take place in a public space or wedding venue. I am still hopeful with continued lobbying this restriction will be reviewed, so stay tuned to announcements prior to the next easing of restrictions.
