Sometimes super exciting explosions of "wow, that's who I be" & some "oh, hello, we've met before, I thought you'd left a long time ago". I found that with each layer, I discovered a deeper self love than ever before & a releasing of what no longer serves. This is not always a joyful part of the journey, but necessary.
