24.01.2022 The frame came out of the glue up form and its pretty solid, I cleaned it up by planing the laminated sides and the block sections at the top to bring them to an even thickness then fitted reinforcing wood strips to the vertical points. 18.01.2022 If you replicate flat spaces on top of each other offset by a useful amount of empty space then you can fit more per flat square meter than you can keeping your things arranged on the floor. This shelf used recycled pine, oregon, walnut, vic ash and old bits of steel salvaged from various places, I fabricated the ends of the shelf from scrap metal by tig welding the rusty holey weld blobby scrap metal together, the cross strappping for the rear has a peened rivet through the Center of the cross enabling easy squaring of the carcass. #shelves #joinery #welding #design #australiancraft #storage
17.01.2022 There is this battery powered busking/practice amp I have that runs off AA batteries, I wanted to run that and all the other electronic bits from some power tool batteries. 12.01.2022 Switching it up materials a bit with some aluminium alloy, I laid these out and used hand tools to fabricate these bezels for mounting the two guitar pickups to its body, the small screws either side of the pickup allow for adjustment of the pickups relative to the guitar strings.

02.01.2022 Perhaps your partners landlady has an expensive chair in her bungalow. And perhaps it is a @lkhjellefurniture chair, and perhaps I did not know that but I sat on it and broke one of the legs, then to make reparations I bought the chair from said landlady. Meaning now I own a broken Nordic designer chair to repair....
