Menu is Wagyu Beef Ragu with ricotta gnocchi with Parmesan. 23... Walnut pesto with roasted cherry tomatoes , Stracciatella cheese , and Parmesan gnocchi. 21 Homemade tiramisu 10 Everything will be ready for pick up , heat and eat from Friday 4pm till 6pm Saturday 12pm 2pm . Its weekend menu sorted with little effort. 16.01.2022 Let me take you down to where am going too! WEE MAN`S KITCHEN LOCKDOWN SPRING FEAST Back to when it all started. We used to do big banquet feasts. We would pick a destination a city or a country and cook up a authentic take from memory or experience.... Food is a memory and thats what I at Wee Man`s hope to capture with all your tales and stories of the auld country and times shared. I want to take you on a food voyage from around the world from the comfort of your living room. Discover new cuisines and flavours only dreamed about . Every two weeks the voyage starts. This Saturday we will be taking high up the dreamy mountains of NEPAL and sample the culinary treats of Nawari and main local classics of Katmandu. I personally have not been to Nepal but its an adventure am looking forward to taking you too. I am lucky to have Rabin who is from Nepal to guide me through a three course menu of authentic Nepalese cooking i say three but there will be lots of dishes as am a feeder. The menu will be posted tonight at 6pm for the feasting Saturday 12th, there will be vegetarian available and vegan , and Gulten free options . For those who have experienced the Wee mans feasts you know its a proper feed. Served on a milk bun with miso maple butter lettuce and pickles tossed in our own buffalo hotsauce. Best washed down with a cold pint of @tallboyandmoose Shux lager !
