17.01.2022 My secret Grass collection area was partly harvested today. The cavies will eat well tonight. The grass was taller than me. Got to love this yummy raining weather. I just pray no big spiders come home in my collection.

09.01.2022 The heat is returning in force this week. Remember to keep your cavies cool. No grasstime outside in the heat of the day unless in the shade with water. Check water bottles twice a day. Keep fans on. Use ice bricks in cages. In Case of Emergency...If a heat struck case happens. They will be hot and wobbly can't walk and eyes are dull and sunken. You must act very quickly. Place your animal immediately in a cool.bath and slowly drop the temperature down using ice bricks in... the bath. Do this whilst holding them in the bath and feeding with cold water or preferably gatorade or hydralite via a syringe. Happy Summer Peeps. 05.01.2022 I have debated whether to post this. Birthing video. So no negative comments. I am a registered stud. This is my Rex sow the other night having her babies. I'm so glad i was there to witness and help her deliver as the last 2 were huge babies and she struggled and was tired. Now To report The babies are all doing very well. Mum is a trooper. Well done Bambi If you have any suggestions for names comment below.
